Compact constant temperature controllers ACD20

ACD compact controllers are designed to control a constant temperature in the pipeline. The controller is set using a keypad and a graphic display, which is also used to show measured temperatures and other data. An integrated motor drive is used to control the mixing valve. The controller shall be connected to the power supply by means of a prewired cable with plug.

ACD manual operation coupling

Clutch for manual operation

The manual operation clutch of the ACD is activated by pressing a button (marked in the picture). When the clutch is activated, the control of the mixing valve and, if necessary, of the circulating pump is deactivated, thus saving energy.

ACD quick installation

Quick assembly

The innovative accessories and mounting system allow the ACD Compact Controller to be quickly mounted and dismounted on the mixing valve, largely without the need for tools. Accessories are available for most mixing valves on the market.

ACD setting keys

Setting keys

The keys for adjusting the regulator are located below the manual scroll button. This prevents unwanted access to the controller settings.

ACD plug-in connectors

Plug-in connectors

The compact ACD has a socket built into the housing for plugging in the power cord. This allows easy replacement of the cable in case of damage.

ACD graphic display

Graphic display

The 240 x 240 pixel colour graphic display provides detailed graphics and text in colour.
