Why choose a Daikin Altherma 3 air-to-water heat pump?
How does it work?
The Daikin Altherma outdoor unit draws energy from the air to provide heating, cooling and hot water. More than 75% of energy is extracted from the air, with the remainder provided by electricity. The air-to-water heat pump uses a compressor and refrigerant to transfer energy from air to water, to heat water to the desired temperature and to supply water to your home.
Designed to replace boilers
Go one step further and install a heat pump
Replacing your boiler with a heat pump means switching to a complete green solution. Fuel or gas is no longer used and heat is produced in a renewable way; heat pumps reduce CO2 emissions by up to 70 %. The difference is also noticeable on your bill and the investment is recouped in a very short time!
Designed for even the coldest weather conditions
The weather in Europe can be unfriendly. That's why we designed Daikin Althermo 3 H HT to operate in heating mode only down to -28 °C outside temperature.
Heating capacities are maintained at similar levels down to -15 °C ambient temperature. These operational achievements are possible thanks to original Daikin technology.
As a market leader, Daikin is constantly striving to create the most reliable and efficient heat pumps possible. To achieve better and more environmentally friendly performance, Daikin has developed Bluevolution technology. This technology is now an integral part of all new products, including the Daikin Altherme 3 H HT.
The Daikin Altherma 3 H HT is the first Daikin outdoor unit with a distinctive design. A single fan lowers noise levels and its black front grille blends in with any interior.
All these dedicated components, the result of our own development, underline the uniqueness of the Daikin Altherme 3 H HT.
Superior efficiency, use of renewable energy, noise-free design and comfort. That's what a heat pump is all about.
