Instructions for Seltron RT1B / WT1B room thermostat
How to easily control the Seltron RT1B/WT1B room thermostat timer programmes with the Clausius BT app
Guide to managing time programmes:
- Download and Install the Clausius BT App: First download the app Clausius BT from Google Play or App Store, depending on your operating system.
- Phone and Thermostat connection: Open the Clausius BT app and select "Add new device". On the RT1B/WT1B thermostat, hold down the Bluetooth key for 2 seconds to put it in pairing mode. Once the thermostat and phone have successfully paired, press "Finish".
- Update of the Thermostat Software: Before setting the timer programmes, it is recommended to update the thermostat to the latest software version. To do this, select the thermostat in the app, then search for and select the option to update the software.
- Time and Date synchronisation: To automatically synchronise the thermostat's time and date with your phone, enable the automatic time synchronisation option in the app. This will also automate the changeover from standard time to daylight saving time and vice versa.
- Setting Time Programmes:
- In the app, go back to the home screen and select your thermostat.
- Select "Time-programmed heating" and then "Edit time programmes".
- Select the day of the week you want to set (e.g. Monday) and press "Edit".
- Set the desired temperature for the day and night hours by selecting the temperature and moving the slider to set the heating start and end times.
- Once you've finished the settings for one day, you can easily copy them to other days by pressing "Copy" and selecting the days you want to apply the same settings to.
- For days when you want a different regime (e.g. weekends), simply repeat the procedure for those days.
- Saving Settings: When you are happy with your timetable settings, don't forget to save your changes. The thermostat will automatically apply the new settings.
