Reasons to avoid dirty heating systems.
Foreign particles are naturally present in heating systems, and over time more particles build up. In addition, the mixture of air and oxygen in the heating system causes corrosion by circulating these particles together with others in the system. Obviously, this should be avoided in sensitive components such as heat exchangers and circulators, as it can lead to a reduction in efficiency and an increase in operating costs.
The use of the FBVM type valve ensures efficient collection and removal of dirt particles. As a magnet is also installed in the valve, magnetic particles are effectively deposited in the ball valve with filter. The magnetite thus remains in the filter housing and can be easily removed.
Products for heating systems must provide reliable functionality. If you integrate a compact ball valve with filter into your heating system product, you get a complete product with a mechanical filter or strainer, a magnetite removal filter and a shut-off valve. As an accessory, it can also be installed in the return pipework of the heating system to prevent dirt particles from reducing the efficiency of the heating system products.
