Quality test

An independent institution tested 44 air conditioners available for purchase in Slovenia and found significant differences in both quality and price. It tested how efficient wall-mounted air conditioning with separate outdoor and indoor units (split version), with outputs of 2.5 and 3.5 kW.

Research has confirmed that the best appliances are half as efficient as the average and up to 80% more efficient than the worst. The best air conditioner for cooling and heating was the air conditioner from DAIKIN. It achieved the best overall score out of the criteria evaluated by a panel of judges with the help of an independent accredited laboratory.

The summary of the tests shows that the air conditioners from the Japanese manufacturer DAIKIN did not only come first, but also have a significant advantage over the other manufacturers.
