P4D project
Seltron d.o.o. has already, at the time of the application itself, specified in the Action Plan almost 30 activities that we have carried out as part of this project. The end result of the digital transformation in the area of customer experience is improved customer knowledge, new communication channels, automated communication in certain cases, proactive detection of equipment performance by customers. All the activities described above have been implemented according to plan. We have clearly defined the customer experience and started to prepare a concept document, which will be used to monitor the CRMS of the sales process via the systems, we have made the beginnings of digitising the sales and purchasing process, and we have further improved and renewed the communication interfaces. The overall Digital Transformation of the company includes changes in all 8 areas (Customer Experience, Data Strategy, Processes and Digital Solutions, Digital Business Models, Digital People and Digital Workplaces, Digital Culture, Cybersecurity, Industry 4.0.)
The operation was successfully carried out with the help of an external expert, Mag. Matej Borko, Director of Komunikacije prihodnosti d.o.o., which is also listed in the catalogue of experts for the preparation of digital strategies and transformations at DIH Slovenia.
